According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan №-5537 dated January 29, 2020 “On the establishment of the Republican Special Commission to prepare a program of measures to prevent the introduction and spread of a new type of coronavirus in the Republic of Uzbekistan” , to ensure the implementation of the order of Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 22, 2020 № 77, according to the order of the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M.M.Madazimov headed by the pro-rector on Academic affairs A.Sh. Arzikulov the dean of the Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining of Physicians of Andijan State Medical Institute doctor of medical sciences Kh.Kh. Tursunov conducts an online seminar.
The seminar was attended by D. Mirzakarimova, Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases of Andijan State Medical Institute, G. Nazarova, Head of the Department of Advanced Training and Retraining of General Practitioners, employees of the 1st and 2nd department of Internal diseases , M.A.Sodikova, docent of the department Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, I.K.Kasimova docent of the Department of Microbiology and Virology, Head of the Department of Virology, Regional Sanitary Epidemiological Surveillance Center M.Kh.Madalieva, general physicians and therapeutics from Andijan,Fergana and Namangan regions, general practitioners, resuscitators and laboratory technicians with PSR skills.
During the online seminar, professors of the institute were provided with additional information on the etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical features of coronavirus infection.
On the second day of the online seminar assistants of the Department of Infectious Diseases R.Yakubova, A.Mamatkhodjaev, laboratory assistant of the virology department of the Regional Center for Sanitary Epidemiology N.Ruzimatova explained how to diagnose coronavirus infection, comparative diagnosis, smearing, sending to a special laboratory, dressing reports were heard. An employee of the Department of Infectious Diseases M.Pulatov demonstrated in practice the procedures for wearing and removing special clothing.
The speakers provided detailed answers to the questions asked by the participants of the online seminar from Andijan, Fergana and Namangan regions.The online seminar is underway.
