An online spiritual and educational event dedicated to the 9thMay- Day of Remembrance and Honor was headed by the pro-rector on Youth Affairs of the Institute P.Kh. Askhanov. More than 50 students of the institute took part in the remote video conference from their homes.
At the beginning of the online conversation, the Deputy Head of the Military Department, Head of the Education Department, Lieutenant Colonel of Medical Service A.A.Soliev spoke on “Memory is sacred, Dignity is inviolable, an example of will and courage.” Therefore, the senior teacher of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities A.Sattarov made a presentation on “The courage and heroism of our ancestors will forever remain in our memory.”
A noteworthy aspect of video communication was that students actively participated in the event while standing at home. In particular, the 2nd year student of the Dental Faculty Z. Rakhmatovaon «Uzbek Medicine in 1941-1945» S. Yulibaev, 5thyear student of the Therapeutic Faculty made a presentation on “The contribution of Uzbek medical workers to the victory over fascism.”
In the online dialogue was a video presentation dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the victory in World War II by a fifth-year student of the Faculty of Medicine I. Bektoshev.
As you know, the participants of the online spiritual-enlightenment event showed that they have a lot of information about the fact that the Second World War was the most horrible, bloodiest massacre in the history of mankind.
The participants expressed the need for constant vigilance and solidarity in order to maintain peace in the world and prevent the bloodshed of innocent people.
