By order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a Regional Working Group was organized to accept applications from citizens studying in neighboring countries with a view to transferring their studies to universities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Students studying in neighboring states can apply to the regional working groups. The regional working group for Andijan region operates at Andijan Machine-Building Institute.
