On May 29 of this year, Professor of Ophthalmology Department of Zagazig University in the Arab Republic of Egypt Ahmed Taufik Ali Ibrahim was welcomed and interviewed by K. Salohiddinov, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations at Andijan State Medical Institute.
During the meeting, the two countries exchanged views on innovations in the fields of medicine and education. It is planned that the foreign professor will conduct master classes and lectures for the institute’s undergraduate students and Master’s students.
The specialist also gave information about eye diseases, their treatment methods, and surgical and non-surgical diseases.
Having been familiarized with simulation, information technology and information resource Centers, training and laboratory rooms of the institute, the professor expressed his satisfaction with the wide opportunities created for students.
Ahmed Taufik Ali Ibrahim will take part in the republican scientific-practical conference with international participants on the topic “Using high innovative technologies in preventive medicine”, which will be held at the institute on May 30 of this year.
