A woman finds happiness in a family. It is one of the virtues of a true Uzbek woman to be able to cope with life’s trials and be thankful for what she has. At the initiative of the Women’s Advisory Board of the Institute, members of the council, as well as students and clinical residents visited the “Gumbaz” MCC.
They were informed about the situation of women raising children with disabilities, which are included in the “Temir kitob” and “Ayollar kitobi”. The women were given household items and the children were given books and school supplies. Happily, the students who were at home helped the women with their homework on their own initiative. This is a demonstration of the manners, love and human qualities of our students. The purpose of the event was to get acquainted with the situation of women in the neighborhood, as well as to instill in students a sense of gratitude for life, loyalty to the family and patience.
