Today, on February 7, a round table discussion was held at Andijan State Medical Institute under the slogan “National Values and Their Role in the Spirituality of the Nation.”
The event was attended by G. Khamatova, advisor to the rector on issues of women and girls, A. Abdukhalimov, head of the department for work with youth, spirituality, and enlightenment, J. Khojayev, the institute’s chief prevention inspector, U. Zokirova, psychologist for women and girls, as well as deputy deans of faculties and tutors.
Those who spoke at the event discussed the importance of enhancing and strengthening Uzbek national values in the upbringing of youth, as well as the significance of our invaluable values inherited from our great ancestors and the role of each generation in passing them down from age to age.
It was noted that in order to promote Uzbek national clothing and develop the culture of dressing among professors, staff, and students of the institute, classes are held every Friday in traditional attire that celebrates our national identity, which has become a unique tradition.
