November of this year in our republic was declared the month of sports. In this regard, among the professors and teachers of the institute, competitions in volleyball, table tennis, and chess for the “Rector’s Cup” were held.
The main goal of the events is the formation of a healthy lifestyle. Competitions were held among teams of men and women from 4 faculties.
The competition was watched by members of the jury from the Department of Rehabitology and Physical Culture. The winners in table tennis were the senior lecturer of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences Makhmudov M. and the assistant of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology -1 Sobirova G.
The most spectacular were volleyball games. The winners were the team of men of the Faculty of Dentistry, and among women – the Department of Pediatrics.
The team of doctors of the faculty of advanced training and retraining of doctors showed their intelligence in chess. The winners were representatives of this faculty M. Kosimkhodzhaev and R. Sakhatalieva.
1st place was taken by the team of the pediatric faculty, 2nd place – by the team of the stomatological faculty and 3rd place – by the team of the medical faculty.
They were presented with diplomas and valuable gifts.
