There is a high demand for qualified young personnel even in medical institutions in the most remote regions. Currently, there are 1,208 graduate students in Andijan State Medical Institute; more than 1,000 of them are working in medical institutions.
Today, on February 11, the deputy regional governor for youth policy, social development and spiritual and educational work Komiljon Komilov met with graduate students. The meeting was attended by Sh. Mamajonov, head of Andijan regional health department and M. Madazimov, the rector of the Institute.
– Currently, most graduate students are working in medical institutions as family doctors and even heads of departments. Both studying and working further consolidate the theoretical knowledge of young people and also bring income. This allows students both to study and earn money, – said Deputy Governor K.Komilov.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that opportunities were being created for young people to study and research in our country, support their abilities, which requires only effort and responsibility from young people.
During the conversation the proposals and comments of graduates were taken into consideration. The necessary instructions were given to responsible persons for solving the problems. After the meeting 30 students were immediately hired at the medical institution. It was planned to implement the employment of the remaining students gradually and systematically.
