As you know, November 15 to December 15 was declared as Fire Safety Month in our country. With the sharp drop in air temperature in the autumn-winter season, the need of our citizens to use various fuel products, heating and gas equipment for heating their homes is increasing day by day. This, in turn, may lead to the explosion of natural gas and air mixture in apartments as a result of the violation of fire and technical safety regulations, and the possibility of citizens being poisoned by industrial gases.
In order to prevent these negative consequences, an event was held at Andijan State Medical Institute by the Emergency Situations Department of Andijan city. Employees, tutors and students of the Civil and Labor Protection Department of the institute took part in it.
The event was attended by A. Abduhalimov, the head of the Department of Work with Youth, Spirituality and Enlightenment, Deputy Head of the Andijan DES, Lt. Col. H. Abdullayev. The Department Inspector, Senior Lieutenant M. Koziboyev explained to the employees and students of the institute about the goals and tasks of fire prevention activities. Also, the causes of fire, how to move in emergency situations, the correct use of firefighting equipment, what to pay attention to in the event of a fire, through practical training was shown.
