On December 10, 2019 professors and teachers of the Department of Pediatric Surgery of Andijan State Medical Institute demonstrated their abilities in the field of sport in order to ensure the implementation of the second of the five important initiatives put forward by President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on «Enhancing youth spirituality and meaningful organization of their free time», the second initiative is aimed at creating the necessary conditions for the youth to demonstrate their abilities in sports.
They competed in such sports as volleyball, weightlifting, table tennis, chess and checkers. The participants of the sport event expressed their gratitude to the team of the Department of Physical Education of the Institute.
