An online video-conference was held on the topic: “Modern Approach to Rhinosinusitis Treatment” in Business Partner Hall of “Bogishamol” hotel in Andijan together with the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of Andijan State Medical Institute and the Department of training and retraining of general practitioners, traumatology orthopedics, neurosurgery, otorhinolaryngology and urology at the faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining of Physicians, led by Tashkent Institute of Advanced Training of Physicians, with the Association of Otolaryngologists in Uzbekistan, organized by the German Farm Company “Bionorica”.
The conference was opened by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Tashkent Institute of Advanced Training of Physicians Kasimova Munira Sadikjanovna. Professor Shaykhova Kholida Erkinovna, the head of the Association of Otolaryngologists in Uzbekistan, led the conference.
Professor Uve Baumann, the Chairman of the Pharm. Company “Bionorica”, Professor Vasil Popovich, Head of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Neck Surgery, Head of Expert Group of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Klaus Baxtert, Professor at Ghent University, Belgium and Professor Shamsiev Jakhongir Fazlitdinovich Head of Otorhinolaryngology Department of Tashkent Dental Institute delivered very interesting lectures on the topic: “Clinical Manifestation of Rinosinusitis, Modern Diagnosis, New Ways of Treatment and Prevention”.
At the online conference, held with lively discussions, doctors from Samarkand, Urgench, Bukhara, and Ferghana Valley received answers to their questions.
