On October 26, 2018, a teleconference was held between Dagestan State Medical University and Andijan State Medical Institute (at 2:30 p.m. according to Dagestan time, at 4:30 p.m. according to Andijan). This teleconference can be called a practical execution of the tasks outlined in accordance with the agreement signed at Uzbekistan-Russia Educational Forum, which took place in October 18-19 of this year in Tashkent.
The teleconference was organized in cooperation with the Russian Therapists Research Society and Dagestan Neurology Society and the Department of Therapy, Cardiology and Gastroenterology, Neurology, Psychiatry and Narcology, as well as with the Department of Advanced Training and Retraining of Physicians of Andijan State Medical Institute. During the teleconference modern diagnostics, ways of treatment of acute coronary syndrome and acute ischemic stroke were presented to the attention of the audience, which are the urgent problems of cardiology, neurology and endocrinology, as well as modern principles of approach to the treatment of diabetic polyneuropathy, which is considered to be a complication of diabetes.
The high level, modernity and practicality of the reports made a great impression on the audience. Teleconference was very interesting, full of new information and was held in the form of discussion.
