Students, enrolled at Andijan State Medical Institute, swear allegiance to their chosen profession – a profession of a doctor and to treat every patient with care. The solemn event, dedicated to this event at the Institute – “Dedication to studenthood” was full of exciting moments.
A solemn event “Dedication to studenthood” was opened by the rector of the institute, professor Madazimov. In his speech, the rector spoke about the history of the institute, the former students, who graduated from Andijan State Medical Institute and are currently working in prestigious medical institutions of the country and the world, about the construction and repair works at the institute and provision with new educational equipment. He also emphasized that young people, who choose medical profession, should love their profession and wished them great success in their training and practice.
Then the national anthem of our country was performed by the participants of the event.
After that, the word was given to one of the honorary teachers of the institute, associate professor Jurakhon Saidkhodjaeva. The honorary mentor of the team of the Institute Jurakhon opa stated, that she admires the conditions created for today’s students, that in response to the conditions created in the Simulation Training Center, Reading and Lecture Rooms, the Information Resource Center, students should only study and study. After the congratulatory speech of the honorary mentor of the Institute, the 6th year students of the faculty of Therapy – Azizbek Olimov, who received the State Scholarship of Ibn Sina and Nodirabegim Ruzimatova, the owner of the State Scholarship named after Islam Karimov, solemnly handed the first-year students the Golden Key of the institute and their “Rating books”.
First-year students who entered the institute took the “Oath of a Doctor.” The oath ceremony excited the guests and parents and tears of joy reappeared in their eyes.
The artistic part of the festive event began with the merry dance “Andijan Polka” performed by the institute’s guys. Today, the dance “Andijan Polka” of the medical students “warm up” not only regional events but also the events all over the republic.
At the solemn event “Dedication to studenthood” the students, who received high scores at the entrance examinations, spoke on behalf of all the students, thanked their teachers and parents for their help and support and promised to become mature professionals who can justify the confidence of our people in the future.
We are sure that the bright moments of the event “Dedication to studenthood” will be remembered by the freshmen forever.
