In order to ensure the implementation of the order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 15, 2020 “On improving the skills of all medical workers in the country to work with patients with coronavirus infection” by professors of Andijan State Medical Institute were conducted online trainings according to the retraining program of pulmonologist on the Zoom platform.
According to the list sent by Andijan Regional Health Department, 252 doctors were trained in 3 groups.
The classes were conducted by candidate of medical sciences, head of the 2nd Department of Internal Medicine, docent D.M. Kalandarov, docent of the 1st Department of General Practitioners U. Akhmadalieva, senior teacher of the 1st Department of General Practitioners D. Kadirov.
At the training were delivered lectures on “Epidemiology, etiology and pathogenesis of coronavirus infection in pulmonary diseases”, “Diagnosis of COVID-19 in pulmonary diseases”, “Algorithm of examination of a pulmonary patient with COVID-19”, “Clinical features of pneumonia in coronavirus infection”, “Diagnosis of coronavirus infection in COVID-19” «Importance of examination methods (computed tomography, X-ray, ultrasound) ”.
