On November 13, 2018, representative of Japanese Company “Marubeni Corporation” in Uzbekistan Yasuaki Fudzi and his assistant Dilshod Hamidov visited the clinic of Andijan State Medical Institute.
On the same day representatives of “Marubeni Corporation” met with the rector of ASMI Madazimov and the chief doctor of the clinic B. Rakhmanov and got acquainted with the conditions created here.
During the meeting, they noted that they are interested in Uzbekistan, particularly, in the ongoing reforms in the country, that they would assist in providing with the latest medical equipment the medical institutions located in distant areas of Uzbekistan.
In addition, the agreement with Marubeni Corporation was made to provide high-tech medical equipment for 1 billion yens, i.e. 9.5-10 million dollars for the clinic of ASMI. Future partnerships with this company are planned.
