Today, on May 26, the next regular meeting of Academic Council was held at Andizhan State Medical Institute at a high level and in a high spirit. The rector of the Institute M. Madazimov, vice-rectors, deans of faculties and members of the Academic Council actively participated there.
Opening the meeting, the rector of the Institute congratulated sincerely the entire team on the upcoming blessed holiday of Kurban Hayit and announced important and topical issues on the agenda of the meeting.
In accordance with tradition at the beginning of the event professors and teachers with scientific titles and degrees as well as talented young people who achieved high results in republican and international competitions were solemnly awarded. This recognition was a worthy incentive for teachers and young researchers who are selflessly working in the path of science.
During the meeting vice-rector for International Cooperation F. Rasulov presented information on scientific articles published in the international “Scopus” database, achieved results and promising plans aimed at further increasing of scientific potential.
Vice-rector for Academic Affairs Z. Mamasoliev presented a report on professors and teachers with international and national certificates in foreign languages, highlighting positive indicators in this regard.
Head of the Department for Combating Corruption and Compliance Control System Management I. Aliboev presented a detailed report on the work being carried out at the Institute to combat corruption, measures to ensure openness and transparency and future priority tasks.
Also, the director of the Central Scientific Research Laboratory N. Kadyrov provided detailed information about the modern capabilities of the laboratory and vivarium buildings, their role in the development of scientific research and the prospects for cooperation with departments.
At the end of the meeting relevant decisions were made on all issues on the agenda, important tasks were identified to further develop the activities of the Institute, strengthen scientific potential and improve the quality of education.
