n order to implement the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-87 dated March 7, 2022, and No. PF-78 dated May 5, 2025, the "Leader Women" educational program is being implemented. It is aimed at developing modern leadership competencies for proactive, promising, and high-potential women, preparing them for effective performance in the public administration system, and enhancing their professional potential.
Within the framework of this program, an official opening ceremony of the educational initiative and an open dialogue with leader women took place at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During the event, issues regarding the role of women in the management systems of our country, the development of their leadership potential, and increasing their active participation in state and societal progress were discussed.
Gulkhayo Kholmatova, Advisor to the Rector on Women's Affairs at the Andijan State Medical Institute, also actively participated in this prestigious event. Her participation serves as a practical expression of the consistent work carried out at our institute to support women's leadership potential, foster their all-round development, and shape modern management skills.
