Rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M. Madazimov held a meeting with the heads of the Institute’s clinical departments.

During the meeting the current state of the clinic’s operations, the effectiveness of work already carried out, existing capabilities and priority tasks planned for the future were discussed in detail.
Behlul Univer, a specialist from Turkey serving as an advisor to the rector on medical tourism and clinical management, presented a report covering the work completed to date, the activities of the various departments, the results achieved and projects for the future.

The discussion focused on further improving the clinic’s operations, enhancing the quality of medical services, increasing the efficiency of the departments, implementing modern management approaches and developing the field of medical tourism.

Additionally, participants shared ideas and proposals regarding the urgent tasks facing the clinic, the mechanisms for their implementation and future development prospects. The importance of strengthening cooperation between departments, enhancing management efficiency and elevating the quality of medical services provided to patients to a new level in the consistent implementation of the set tasks was emphasized
