As part of the mobile reception organized by the Rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, a large-scale, in-depth medical examination was conducted for the residents of the area served by the Family Polyclinic 53 in Paxtaobod District. This initiative is particularly significant as it aims to provide the population with high-quality and timely medical services, as well as to promote early detection and prevention of diseases.
During the event, 18 highly qualified doctors and specialists from the institute actively participated, providing specialized medical services to over 285 residents of the area. Citizens had the opportunity to undergo examinations by qualified specialists in various fields and received necessary recommendations and advice regarding their health.
The in-depth medical examination made extensive use of modern diagnostic methods. In particular, more than 62 patients underwent ultrasound (US) examinations, and over 38 citizens had their heart function checked through electrocardiography (ECG). Additionally, more than 10 patients were screened for endocrine diseases.
As a result of the screenings and medical examinations, various diseases were detected at an early stage in some citizens. They were provided with referrals to see relevant specialists and recommendations for necessary treatment measures. This plays a crucial role in preventing complications and promoting a healthy lifestyle among the population.
Throughout the event, doctors also conducted educational talks on the importance of healthy eating, increasing physical activity, preventing chronic diseases, and undergoing regular medical check-ups.
