📑 LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED:
1️⃣ Application addressed to the Rector of Andijan State Medical Institute.
2️⃣ Copy of passport — 1 copy.
3️⃣ Reference/CV (summary of personal data).
4️⃣ Copy of the diploma of higher education — 1 copy.
5️⃣ Extract from the minutes of the Scientific Council of the higher education institution confirming the approval of the research topic, or a copy of the topic if it has been published in the HAC (Higher Attestation Commission) Bulletin.
6️⃣ Cover letter for applicants participating from other higher education institutions.
7️⃣ Applicant's minimum questionnaire (in Latin script).
8️⃣ Extract from the admission order for applicants from other higher education institutions.

In accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on Qualifying Exams, documents must be submitted by the specified deadline. Documents submitted after November 1, 2026, will not be accepted.
