Today, on September 30th, a meeting was held under the leadership of the Rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, M. Madazimov. The participants included Vice-Rector for Finance and Economics Z. Mamajonov, Head of Anti-Corruption and Compliance Control Department S. Askarov, Chief Accountant A. Rahmonov, Senior Legal Consultant T. Abduvaliyev, and others.
During the meeting, discussions were focused on preventing corruption and conflicts of interest in financial management, ensuring transparency and fairness in construction and repair works as well as state procurement processes, proper allocation of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds, prevention of embezzlement, and thorough preparation for the autumn-winter season. At the end of the meeting, responsible personnel received necessary tasks and recommendations regarding addressing identified shortcomings related to these issues.
