A literary evening was organized in the Conference Hall of the institute with GuljamolAskarova, a member of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan, winner of the Zulfiya State Prize.
Rector of the Institute M. Madazimov and Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs M. Botirov took part in it and expressed their views on the work of the poet, the impact, the melody of artistic analogies.
GuljamolAskarova also spoke about the needs of today’s readers, book culture and recited samples from her poems. The young poetess NodirabegimJamilova, who took part in the event, also recited her poems written in Turkish. The students of our institute recited some of her poems. S.Nematovarecited her poem “Asrabqol”, O. Kadyrova – “Taskin”, M. Yulbarsova -“Noma”. The event turned into a real poetry evening.
