The rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, Madamin Madazimov, held an online open dialogue with the heads of state medical institutions in the region and employers.
During the meeting, the issues of employing graduates who are completing their studies at the higher education institution, purposefully directing them to medical facilities in the regions, and covering the demand for narrow-field specialists were thoroughly discussed. The conversation also focused on further improving the quality of primary medical and sanitary services and strengthening the potential of qualified personnel in the healthcare system.
Furthermore, proposals and opinions were expressed regarding strengthening the integration of education and practice in the healthcare system, developing the professional skills of young specialists, widely implementing modern medical services, and establishing effective cooperation with employers.
At the conclusion of the open dialogue, tasks for the future were defined to implement the proposals in practice, ensure graduate employment, and further strengthen cooperation to supply the regions with qualified medical personnel.
