On Thursday, in honor of Youth Day, a mobile reception was held in Kurgantepa district under the leadership of M. Madazimov, Rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, together with vice-rectors. The main purpose of this event was to engage in open dialogue with young people, study their pressing problems on-site, and find practical solutions to existing issues.
During the event, individual conversations were conducted with 5 young residents living in the "Obodon" mahalla of Kurgantepa district, which is assigned to Andijan State Medical Institute. At the meeting, the youth's appeals and suggestions regarding employment, health, social support, education, and vocational training were thoroughly heard.
Each appeal was reviewed separately by officials, and specific measures were outlined for their positive resolution. In particular, employment was provided for 2 young people, offering them practical assistance in finding jobs. Another 2 applicants received necessary medical examinations and consultations from qualified specialists, along with practical help in organizing further treatment processes. Additionally, the social problem of 1 young person was studied, and the issue of providing appropriate social assistance was resolved positively.
During the meeting, the institute's management emphasized that comprehensive support for young people, realizing their potential, ensuring employment, expanding access to quality medical services, and timely resolving the problems of socially vulnerable youth are among the priority directions of state policy.
