A citizens' reception was held by Rector Madamin Madazimov of Andijan State Medical Institute.

The session took place today, September 4, during which citizens' appeals were heard directly, and the issues troubling them, along with their proposals and initiatives, were discussed in detail.

During the reception, appeals from 5 citizens were reviewed. Explanations and recommendations were provided regarding each matter. While some requests were considered for on-the-spot resolution, cases requiring further investigation prompted relevant instructions to be issued to responsible staff members.

Open and sincere communication with citizens, attentiveness to their appeals, finding practical solutions to existing problems, and ensuring their legitimate interests are established as a priority task of the institute's leadership.
