The Rector Got Acquainted with Practical Training and Dual Education Processes at Medical Institutions

The Rector M. Madazimov of Andijan State Medical Institute visited a number of medical institutions to review the work being carried out at the institute's clinical bases, the quality of medical services provided, and the practical training opportunities created for students.

Initially, the rector closely familiarized himself with the operations of the Andijan Regional Children's Multidisciplinary Medical Center. During the visit, he inspected the workflow in the reception department, as well as the cardiology and urology departments.

Special attention was paid to patient admission, diagnosis, and treatment processes, the activities of doctors, and the organization of modern medical services. Furthermore, issues regarding the formation of practical skills for students and the integration of theoretical knowledge with clinical practice were discussed.

The activity of the Diagnostic Center was also studied, focusing on the examination and diagnostic processes for patients. Emphasis was placed on the effective use of available medical diagnostic capabilities, the widespread implementation of modern methods into practice, and the development of students' clinical skills.

The next stop was the Farmstandart X-ray Center, where the arrangement of diagnostic services, the use of modern medical equipment, and the quality of services provided to patients were reviewed.

During his tour, the rector also visited the Andijan Regional Multidisciplinary Medical Center. There, he examined patient consultations, treatment processes, and matters concerning the involvement of the medical institute's students in practical training.

Particular emphasis was given to effectively organizing the dual education system in medical education, forming students' practical skills directly within the clinical environment, and preparing them for their future professional careers.

Throughout the process, the rector also held conversations with students and young specialists. He advised them to pursue deep knowledge in medicine, masterfully acquire modern medical technologies, adhere to proper communication culture with patients, and engage in continuous self-improvement.

The rector urged the youth to become dedicated, knowledgeable, and responsible professionals in their field, to make productive use of their practical sessions, and to continue the tradition of mentorship between teachers and students.

In conclusion, relevant tasks were set to further improve conditions for practical student training at medical institutions, effectively organize dual education processes, strengthen cooperation with clinical bases, and enhance the quality of medical services.

Andijan State Medical Institute continues its consistent efforts to ensure the synergy of education and practice, develop the professional competencies of future physicians, and train highly qualified specialists who meet the demands of modern medicine.
