The rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M. Madazimov met with the 6th-year students and held an open dialogue on their education, acquisition of practical skills, future professional activities and opportunities created for young people.

At the beginning of the meeting, the rector of the Institute expressed his opinion on the current innovations and reforms in the field of medicine, the widespread introduction of modern medical technologies into practice, new requirements for medical workers.

Special attention was also paid to the modern educational and practical opportunities created for students at the Institute. In particular, detailed information was provided about the activities of the Institute's clinic, the Central Research and Vivarium Center, their opportunities for scientific research, practical training and acquisition of modern medical knowledge.

The rector emphasized the importance of students to effectively use existing opportunities, combine theoretical knowledge with practice, regularly study the achievements of modern medicine and work on themselves.

During the conversation, special attention was paid to the advantages of the dual education system. It was noted that based on this form of education, each student, along with direct practical work in the medical institution assigned to him, can continue the educational process, thereby strengthening his theoretical knowledge with real clinical practice.

The meeting also discussed the “Step into the Future” project, which is aimed at ensuring the employment of young people and supporting their initiatives. The students were explained the opportunities to establish entrepreneurial activity within the framework of the project, turn their ideas and initiatives into practical projects and start working in innovative and service areas in the medical field.

In the next part of the meeting an open dialogue was organized with the students; their opinions, suggestions and existing problems were listened to. The students expressed their proposals for further improving the educational process, effectively organizing practical training, using clinical facilities, developing the dual education process and creating additional opportunities for students. Each of the submitted appeals and proposals was discussed with the participation of those responsible; specific instructions were given to the relevant leaders and officials on issues requiring a specific deadline and responsible executors.
