M. Madazimov, Rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, held a sincere meeting with clinical residents and master's students undergoing dual training in the ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology departments of the institute's clinic.
During the meeting, the rector closely got acquainted with the educational process, clinical practice, and professional activities of the young specialists. He also paid attention to their efforts in developing professional skills and reinforcing theoretical knowledge through practical application.
In the course of the conversation, he became acquainted with the work carried out by the clinical residents and master's students within their specialties, their participation in practical sessions, the process of working with patients, and their level of mastery of modern medical approaches.
The rector listened to the opinions and suggestions of the youth and discussed issues of interest to them. He emphasized the importance of further improving the synergy between education and practice, effectively utilizing clinical facilities, and creating necessary conditions for young specialists.
Furthermore, the rector examined their workflows as well as patient examinations and conditions up close.
