Rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M. Madazimov held a meeting with the heads of the Institute’s clinical departments and department chairs.

During the meeting, the current state of the clinic’s work, the effectiveness of ongoing work, the rational use of existing resources and priority tasks for the future were discussed in detail.

Particular attention was also paid to organizing the activities of the clinic’s various departments effectively, establishing systematic workflows, further improving the quality of medical services and addressing existing challenges.

At the meeting, reports were presented by the officials responsible for managing departmental operations, ensuring work efficiency and overseeing the execution of assigned tasks. Based on the feedback provided, specific instructions and recommendations were issued to rectify existing shortcomings, strengthen accountability and professional standards and ensure the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to each department. At the conclusion of the meeting, several key objectives were identified: further improving the clinic’s operations, enhancing the quality of medical services, creating comfortable conditions for patients as well as making effective use of the clinic’s material-technical and organizational resources.
