An interview process was organized at Andijan State Medical Institute to select suitable candidates for the position of tutor.
The interviews were conducted by a commission led by G. Kholmatova, first vice-rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work.
During the process general intelligence, potential and professional competence, communication skills, initiative and experience as well as the specific skills of nearly 20 candidates regarding work with youth were thoroughly evaluated.
Particular attention was paid to the candidates' approaches to working effectively with students, identifying their concerns, participating actively in the educational and upbringing process, organizing spiritual and educational events and enhancing the social engagement of young people.
It is worth noting that the role of a tutor is significant not only in providing support to students but also in fostering their intellectual, spiritual and personal development.
