A memorandum of cooperation has been signed to develop sports among state higher education institutions.
In our country, under the initiative of the Head of State, a comprehensive set of measures is being implemented to promote a healthy lifestyle, develop mass sports, and increase physical activity among the population.
Today, on April 10, a meeting was held in Andijan region to discuss the organization and high-level conduct of the “Andijan Students League,” aimed at further developing sports competitions among students. The meeting was led by the heads of state higher education institutions and sports clubs.
Initially, the rectors of higher education institutions provided detailed information about the main purpose of the meeting, the upcoming sports competitions for students in the near future, and the expected outcomes.
During the meeting, plans developed for organizing prestigious competitions at a high level and ensuring their effective implementation were presented. These issues were thoroughly discussed by the participants, and priority tasks and specific measures for the future were defined.
Following this, to ensure the league competitions are held at a worthy and high level, fully comply with the regulations, and strengthen cooperation, all rectors of higher education institutions solemnly signed a memorandum of cooperation.
