DEPARTMENT OF TRAINING AND TRAINING GP WAS HELD IN 2011

By decree of the President Islam Karimov UP 2107 from November 10, 1998 «On the State Program of Health of Uzbekistan on reforming 1998-2005 years» were carried out reforms in healthcare. According to the reforms created a new system of industry specialization of general practitioner. In the primary health care system of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized rural medical centers and family polyclinics new type.

In this regard, the end of the activities of training centers in 2011 for №55-th order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan №58-th order of ASMI training centers have been called «the Department of training and retraining of GPs.» Head of the department was appointed MD, PhD Nazarov Gulchehra Usmonovna. Merit Nazarova Gulchehra Usmanovna the organization and activities of the new department were great. This chair has earned the name of educational-methodical and scientific-practical center for general practitioners of the Ferghana Valley. №1 and №2 training centers today are the training facilities of the department. The department of training and retraining GPs are multimedia lecture halls, classrooms, library, office with dummy for practical training, to conduct work with patients desk, viewing, manipulation and privyvochny office.

The basis for the organization of the department began medical training centers organized by project «Health-1» and «Health-2» in 1999.

Physician training centers equipped with computers, educational facilities and centers were following the activities of GP trainer with an international qualification: PhD, Associate Professor G.U.Nazarova, M.B.Boykuzieva, M.N.Soipova, ES .Tsoy, A.A.Melkumova, Z.F.Bekirova, G.K.Kosimbekova, associate professor H.M.Hamrakulov,, Zh.M.Hudoyberdiev, Z.V.Yunusova, Ya.G.Usmonova, associate professor K. I.Turgunov, B.B.Miryusupov.

The department has a library in which there are more than 3,000 educational books in the direction of family medicine by foreign authors, international organizations, UNICEF, USAID, WHO, educational projects benefits «Health-1» and «Health-2» materials nuchnyh conferences and training seminars and educational films. Refresher physicians and pediatricians in primary care general practitioners and training of general practitioners was the main task of the department. Further training is carried out 72 and 144 hours for a variety of clinical areas of GP activity.

The department taught the following subjects:

1. Fundamentals of Public Health;
2. Effective public health: evidence-based medicine, improving the quality of care and rational use of medicines, laboratory work, management in healthcare;
3. Obstetrics and gynecology, reproductive health;
4. nephrology, infectious diseases, dermatology and HIV / AIDS;
5. Oncology, Gastroenterology;
6. Cardiology, Pulmonology,
7. Pediatrics, neonatology;
8. Integrated management of childhood illnesses;
9. endocrinology, psychiatry, neurology;
10. ENT, ophthalmology, rheumatology;
11. Emergency state, traumatology and surgery.

In the field of endocrinology and pediatric endocrinology, the topics of modern diagnosis and treatment of endocrine diseases are covered.    In according with the requirements to implement the decrees of the President Sh. M. Mirziyoyev, the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Health all the learners of Andijan. Namangan and Fergana improve the quality of medical care to the population, increase their skills and knowledges.   Currently, the chair has 3 associate professors, 3 senior lecturers and 3 assistants.

All tutors were trained for 10 month courses of specialization of general practitioner and conducted advanced training in foreign countries like England, Estonia towards family medicine.

Nazarova Gulchehra Usmanovna                              Head of Department, MD associate professor Born in 1966 Born in Tashkent region, in the city of Tashkent. In 1989 she graduated from therapeutic faculty of ASMI. He has more than 60 scientific publications and abstracts, 50 rationalization proposals and implementation in practice, is the author of 7 education, 55 teaching aids.

Nosirov Mahamadjon Muhitdinovic                   MD  associate professor of the department responsible for Research Born in 1946 in the Andijan region, in the city of Andijan. In 1967 he graduated from therapeutic faculty of ASMI. He has more than 30 scientific publications and abstracts, 20 rationalization proposals and implementation in practice, he is the author of one study, 18 teaching aids

Boyquzieva Marhabo Bahodirovna Senior Lecturer Born in 1973 She was born in the Ferghana region, Oltiarik Raion. In 1996g.okonchila pediatric faculty of ASMI. He has more than 30 scientific publications and abstracts, 20 rationalization proposals and implementation in practice, is the author of 5 study, 32 teaching aids.

Hudoyberdiev Abdujabbor Mamatalievic                       Senior lecturer of the department responsible for spiritual matters Born in 1957 in Altinkulskom district of Andijan region. In 1983 he graduated from therapeutic faculty of ASMI. He has more than 30 scientific publications and abstracts, 20 rationalization proposals and implementation in practice, he is the author of one study, 24 teaching aids.

Rakhmatova Mavludaxon Mamasiddikovna                                                                   Assistant Born 1968 in Andijan district, Andijan region. In 1996 she graduated from the pediatric faculty of ASMI. He has more than 20 scientific publications and abstracts, 20 rationalization proposals and implementation in practice, is the author of 5 study guides.

Usmanova Yaiyra GulamovnaAssistant Born in 1966 in the Naryn district of the Namangan region. In 1992 she graduated from the faculty of medicine. From September 3, 2018, she resumed her work at the department5.She is the author of more than 30 scientific articles and theses, 20 recommendations and practical exercises, 1 textbook, 16 educational and methodical manuals.

Bakhramov Sardor Tal’atovich Аssistent Born in 1989 in the city of Andijan. In 2013 he graduated from the medical faculty of ASMI. Has more than 15 scientific publications and abstracts, 5 rationalization proposals and implementations in practice, is the author of 1 teaching aid. He began his dissertation work on the topic “Clinic, diagnostics, conservative therapy and palliative atrioseptostomy in the natural course of primary (idiopathic) pulmonary hypertension”.

Borotova Sharifa Abdupattaevna Assistant Born  1976  in the Buloqboshi district of the Andijan region. In 1996 she graduated from the pediatric faculty of ASMI. He has more than 10 scientific publications and abstracts, 20 rationalization proposals and implementation in practice, is the author of 4 study guides.

Akbarova Gulnoza Khaidaralievna Assistant She was born in 1980 in the city of Andijan. In 2005 she graduated from the pediatric faculty of ASMI. He has more than 105 scientific publications and abstracts, 40 rationalization proposals and implementations in practice, is the author of 15 teaching aids. She began her dissertation work on the topic “Innovative approaches to the prevention of reproductive dysfunction in teenage schoolgirls involved in various sports.”
