At the conference hall of Andijan State Medical Institute was held a meeting with the chairman of the trade union of the institute Sh.Dehkonov, Head of personnel department D.Nazarova, with participation of the Institute lawyer T. Abduvaliev.
The meeting, which was attended by the staff of the administration and departments of the Institute, was devoted to the creation of necessary working conditions for all employees of the Institute, their labor rights and increase in labor productivity.
Speaking at the meeting, the chairman of the trade union D.Dehkanov spoke about the essence of the order of Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to ensure labor rights and increase labor productivity of the Ministry and its employees”.
According to this order, control over the process of entry and departure of employees, as well as overtime pay for overtime work, to ensure high productivity of employees within the timeframe established by the legislation, timely provision of vacations and recovery of their health during this period through practical assistance.
At the meeting it was noted that strict compliance with labor legislation in order to create a healthy business environment, the need for the heads of departments and departments to provide personal examples, as well as ensuring that labor rights are the main factor of increase in work efficiency.
Proposals were made on the issues considered at the meeting.
