An event dedicated to the 537th birthday of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur was held in Andijan.
The event was attended by poets and writers, scientists, public activist, scholars of Babur from India, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, students of educational institutions, including over 200 professors and teachers of Andijan State Medical Institute. Students, young people took part and laid wreaths at the foot of the Babur monument.
Khakim the region Shukhratbek Abdurahmanov opened the event.
Speakers of the conference noted the importance of unique and invaluable scientific works created in our country during the years of independence by the rich cultural heritage of our people, especially the great ancestor Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur and many other scientists. They also emphasized the importance of its role in the development of young generation.
Performances of Bobur’s life were shown by the regional theater artists, and young artists recited Babur’s ghazals.
At the event, it was membered Bobur’s life and work, his immortal works are still very important and he is always with us.
