In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures for further improvement of emergency medical care”, No. 4985, Resolutions “On the State Program“ Year of a Healthy Child” PD No. 2131 and “On Measures for the Further Development of Specialized Medical Care 2017-2021 years «PD №3071 at the Department of Children’s Surgery, Anesthesiology and Resuscitation of ASMI and on the basis of the Andijan regional children’s multidisciplinary medical center on April 27, 2019 the Regional Scientific Conference “Actual problems of pediatric surgery” was held with the participation of pediatric surgeons, anesthetists, resuscitators and pediatric oncologists of Fergana Valley.
The conference was led by the head of the department, docent B.Mirzakarimov. The event was attended by senior specialists and doctors from Andijan, Namangan and Fergana regions.
The conference widely discussed the quality of medical care for newborns with congenital malformations and issues of emergency treatment tactics for abdominal surgery, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms for congenital urinary system diseases in children. Participants expressed their views on these issues and signed the Resolution of the Scientific Conference.
