On July 9, 2019 a roundtable discussion on the fight against serious problem to the development of society was held in the scientific hall of ASMI. The roundtable discussion was attended by staff of the institute: heads of departments, professors and teachers and senior executives.
Rector of the institute M.Madazimov opened the event. He spoke on rapid changes taking place in medicine, in particular, the results of the reforms in the sphere of higher education, as well as the development of medical education, put forward by the President of our country Sh.Mirziyoev. Particularly, today, when the admission process is in full swing, he called on being vigilant and fair in dealing with entrants and their relatives, to prevent unlawful behavior, to fight against the problems of our society.
The first Deputy Prosecutor of Andijan region Kamoldin Yulbarsov took part at the meeting. He stated that today, when the admission process is in full swing, it is very important to show the right way to those who addressed with request to help to enter the institute, to reply fairly, especially to give the right advice to young people, to explain the colleagues around us the importance of avoiding corruption as well as preventing it.
Head of Andijan Regional Department for Combating Economic Crimes at the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Dilmurod Umaraliev, emphasized that profession of a doctor is hard and responsible work, that money and material resources are not prevalent in this field but rather fairness and honesty, and it is important to convey these words to every employee, every doctor. After conversation, a documentary video on “What is Corruption? ” was presented.
