In order to ensure the implementation of the order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan issed on July 15, 2020 on improving the skills of all medical workers in the country to work with patients with coronavirus infection, according to the order of the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute a 36-credit thematic training course on “Treatment of lung diseases in patients with COVID-19 coronavirus infection” has started.
From July 27, 2020, professors and teachers were involved in this thematic training cycle, which is organized by distance learning through the program ZOOM.
Thematic training course was organized in three groups, and cardiologists, therapists, phthisiologists, hematologists, general practitioners working in the regional medical institutions were involved as listeners.
Dean of the Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining of Physicians H. H. Tursunov, Head of the Department of Medical Radiology and Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics N. S. Khakimov were appointed in charge of the online thematic training cycle.
At the end of the cycle, listeners who have mastered the subject and successfully passed the exams will be awarded a certificate of advanced training of 36 credits under the responsibility of the head of the department.
