Research and implementation in practice — one of the main tasks of higher education institutions. At the regular meeting of the Scientific Council of Andijan State Medical Institute it was noted that special attention should be paid to this task. The work of the Council was conducted by the rector of the Institute, Professor Madazimov M.M. When the agenda was approved, the faculty, staff and their supervisors, who defended their research works according to the suggestion of the rector were awarded a monthly salary by the administration.
The rector informed about the methodical manuals and textbooks published by the faculty with pleasure. In addition, the information about the visit of the professors and teachers of ASMI and Andijan State Machine Building Institute to St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in the framework of the joint grant project «Clinical Engineering» were given. The rector of the Institute M.Madazimov informed the members of the Council about the visit of the Russian delegation to St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University, electronic textbooks and textbooks provided during the visit.
Pro-rector on Youth Affairs Askhanov P. made a speech on the following issue of the Scientific Council information on the work performed is provided. The faculty and students expressed their views on changing the rules of dressing and improving the communication culture. Pro-Rector on Scientific Affairs of the Institute Abduraim Arzikulov informed about the work on the organization of the educational process on joint educational programs in the 2019-2020 academic year, the conditions created for foreign students.
He also spoke about the essence of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 8, 2019 on approval of the Concept of development of higher education of the Republic of Uzbekistan till 2030. The Head of the department for quality control Golibjon Tuychiev gave detailed information on the results of the faculty for 9 January indicators in January-September, 2019.
In addition, in the work of the Scientific Council for the 2018-2019 academic year, students and masters were heard on summer internships, reports on scientific information, selection for vacant positions and other issues. On the considered issues the relevant decision was made.
