In accordance with the instructions of the Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a Media Plan was approved at the republican level to organize a wide public discussion and promotion of the draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the reform programs in priority areas and the State Program for the implementation of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy in the “Year of Neighborhood Development and Strengthening of the Society”.


In accordance with paragraph 15 of this Media Plan, a “Marathon of Ideas” was organized among the students of Andijan State Medical Institute on reform programs and State Program projects. This event served to form the attitude of young people to the priority areas of state policy, increase their social activity and deepen their understanding of the essence of reforms.
The event was attended by the first vice-rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Issue S.Salohiddinov, head of the Department of Youth Work, Spirituality and Education A.Abduhalimov, advisor to the rector for Women’s Affairs G.Kholmatova, senior legal consultant and students.

During the “Marathon of Ideas”, experts in the field provided detailed information about the main goals and objectives of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy, reforms aimed at developing neighborhoods, improving society and ensuring the well-being of the population. Students also freely expressed their opinions and suggestions and participated in active discussions on draft state programs.
This initiative played an important role in increasing civil responsibility among students of higher educational institutions, forming young people who are not indifferent to reforms, who are proactive and modern-minded.
