
Applications for the provision and redistribution of grants for students admitted to study in the 2024/2025 academic year will be accepted online on the grant.adti.uz website until July 20, 2025.
Applications must be submitted to participate in the redistribution of grant places.
The conditions for the redistribution of educational grants based on the “Regulations on the Procedure for Providing and Redistributing Grants to Students in Higher Education Institutions” attached to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 149 dated
March 10, 2025 are as follows:
A total of 100 points are distributed in the following way:
1. Academic achievement indicator – 80 points. (GPA * 16 = )
2. Social activity – 20 points. (Calculated by dividing the assessment result in Appendix 2 of the Regulations by 5)

According to Appendix 2 of the Regulations, the assessment criteria for determining the social activity of applicants are used:

5. Results achieved in international, republican, regional competitions, science Olympiads and sports competitions 0 – 10
6. Student complete attendance lectures and classes without delay 0 – 5
7. Active participation in “Enlightment & Education lessons” 0 – 10
8. Volunteering and community service activity 0 – 5
9. Visits to theaters and museums, parks, cinemas, historical sites 0 – 5
10. Students’ participation in sports and involvement into a healthy lifestyle 0 – 5
11. Activity in other areas related to the spiritual and educational sphere 0 – 5
Total score: 100
Educational grants are divided into 2 types:
1) Full educational grant – an educational grant that is granted for one academic year, the cost of education is fully covered by the state budget and is provided with a general scholarship.
2) Partial educational grant – an educational grant that is granted for one academic year, 50 percent of the payment-contract amount is covered by the state budget and is not provided with a general scholarship.
Note: Educational grants for students admitted to full-time education in the 2024-2025 academic year, which will be allocated according to redistribution in the 2025-2026 academic year, have been approved.
