In order to ensure employment of graduates of Andijan State Medical Institute, regular cooperation has been established with the Health Departments. In this case, students were attached to 118 vacancies identified by the regional health department for the position of general practitioner.
This experience is now being formed in Namangan and Fergana regions.
The institute hosted an online dialogue with the participation of heads and officials of the health departments of Namangan and Fergana regions.
The meeting was attended by the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M.Madazimov, pro-rectors, deans of faculties, staff of the Department of order portfolio formation, employment and monitoring of graduates and the Department of Marketing and Student Practice.
First of all, the number of graduates of Andijan State Medical Institute in Namangan and Fergana regions in 2022 was reported. In both provinces, 534 graduates were recruited to fill vacancies as general practitioners.
During the conversation, the problems and shortcomings of graduates were also studied.
