According to the implementation of the Decree of Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education dated March 14, 2022, as well as the sociological study and psychological analysis of the socio-psychological environment at the institute, the psychologist of Andijan State Medical Institute U. Arzikulov held a conversation with the teaching staff of the institute on the creation in 2021-2022- academic year of a healthy psychological environment and psycho-prophylactic, diagnostic, corrective and advisory assistance for the development of optimal working conditions.
During the conversation, a work plan was outlined to improve the quality of personnel training and educate a harmoniously developed generation.
In addition, it was planned to hold the “Day of Spirituality” at the departments according to the schedule, as well as to study the problems, the psychological state of students living in the hostel.
