As you know, at the moment a number of our specialists, under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of General Surgery Matkarimov Bakhtiyorjon, are studying at the Scientific Medical Center “Transplantology and Artificial Organs” named after Academician V.I. Shumakov in Moscow, Russian Federation.
Our specialists are directly involved in surgical operations performed by experienced surgeons. They practice the skills of transplanting not only the kidneys, but also the heart, liver, pancreas and other organs. In addition, our specialists assist in kidney transplant procedures and after several procedures of transplantation of the heart, liver, pancreas and other organs, they also help in these examinations.
We believe that in the near future, transplantation of the heart, liver, pancreas and other organs will be performed by specialists from Andijan State Medical Institute in our region.
