April 11, a promotional concert program under the slogan “The Constitution is mine, yours, ours! ” was held at Andijan State Medical Institute.
Well-known artists of our region, vice-rectors of our institute, faculty deans, professors and teachers, tutors and students took an active part in the concert.
At the beginning of the event, S. Salohiddinov, the first vice-rector of the institute for youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs, spoke about the role of our Constitution in the life of our country, the new additions and changes made to it for the well-being of our people’s lifestyle, he emphasized that it will serve to increase the value of human beings and opened the event solemnly, stressing the need to actively participate in the important political event in our country, not being indifferent to the Referendum that will be held on April 30 of this year.
fter that, it was the turn of the artistic part of the event. A number of artistic performances by our talented students, quick question and answer sessions on medical topics and amendments to our Constitution were discussed there. Our talented and active students, winners of national and international competitions and Olympiads, encouraged their peers to take bold steps towards their goals, to be active and to participate in the Referendum without being indifferent to our new Constitution.
Of course, the concert program will not be complete without artists. The “Show Band” group, consisting of our favorite artists, solo singers of the Andijan regional branch of the State Philharmonic of Uzbekistan, and students of our institute, gave the event more excitement. The lively songs performed by them encouraged the audience to dance.
The concert program was held in upbeat spirit.
