On April 27-28, 2023 the final competitions on street ball within the Universiade-2022 have been held in the gymnasium of Andijan State Medical Institute.
14 teams from the Republic of Uzbekistan provinces and Karakalpakstan took part in the competition, which was started with the National Anthem of our country.
At the awarding ceremony of the Universiade O.Tashpolatov, the head of the Youth Policy and Sports Directorate of Andijan province, the first vice-rectors of Andijan State Medical Institute, Andijan State University, Andijan foreign language institutes for youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs participated.
Among the boys n the final score:
The 1st place was awarded to the team from the Republic of Karakalpakstan;
The 2nd place to the team from Tashkent region;
The 3rd place was won by teams of the youth of Tashkent city.
Among the girls:
The 1st place was awarded to the team from Fergana region;
2nd place was awarded to the team from the Republic of Karakalpakstan;
The teams of Namangan region won the 3rd place.
All winning teams were awarded diplomas and souvenirs by the Student Sports Association of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
