Andijan State Medical Institute announces a competition for admission to the first stage of doctoral studies and basic doctoral studies at the expense of state budget funds.

In accordance with the Resolution No. 304 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 22, 2017 “On measures to further improve the post-university education system” and “Distribution of institutions in the system of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the first-stage admission plan for doctoral studies and basic doctoral studies in 2024 at the expense of state budget funds” Andijan State Medical Institute announces a competition for doctoral studies and basic doctoral studies in the following specialties:

Applicants for doctoral study must submit the following documents:

application;
brief biographical information;
a certified copy of the labor record book (for working applicants);
a copy of diploma of higher education, diploma of a candidate of science or a doctor of philosophy (PhD) or an equivalent scientific degree in foreign countries;
a scientific report on the topic of research and a detailed draft of the doctoral dissertation plan prepared for obtaining the degree of Doctor of Science (DSc);
the list of published scientific works, as well as their copies.

Applicants for admission to basic doctoral studies must submit the following documents:

application;
brief biographical information;
a certified copy of the labor record book (for working applicants);
a copy of master’s degree of a higher educational institution or a diploma of completion of clinical residency;
the list of published scientific works (form 3.4), as well as their copies (at least 1 article and 2 theses);
international foreign language certificate not lower than B2 level.

Holders of the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall submit a copy of the relevant document.

Basic doctoral entrance exams and interview for doctoral studies will be held from November 1 to 25, 2023.

Documents should be prepared in the form of pdf and registered until October 15, 2023 through the Unified electronic system coordinating post-higher education (http://phd.mininnovation.uz).
