According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 16, 2017 № PF-4958 “On further improvement of the post-university education system”, Decision No. 304 “On measures to further improve the post-secondary education system” of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 22, 2017, № 220/2 of the Directorate of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 28, 2016 In order to ensure the implementation of the Regulation “On the Procedure for Conducting Qualification Examinations” approved by the decision and registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 23, 2017 under the number 2764-1, On December 2, 2023, a qualifying exam was held in Andijan State medical institute for specialty “14.00.05 – Internal diseases”.
The examination committee was chaired by Professor N. Ozbekova. Ph.D. Professors N. Mamasoliyev and Kh. Tursunov, associate professors M. Jorayeva and Sh. Yusupova participated as members of the examination board. The transparent transition of the processes was monitored by S. Askarov, the head of anti-corruption and compliance control system management department of the Institute.
According to the conditions of the exam, the folder of questions was opened in the presence of everyone and the candidates chose the examination cards.
All candidates who are completing doctoral theses in philosophy successfully passed the tests.
