The “Day of Book-loving Mothers” was held today, on January 17, at the Information Resource Center of Andijan State Medical Institute with the initiative of the Institute’s Women&Girls Advisory Council.
G. Kholmatova, Rector’s Advisor on Women’s Issues, Chairwoman of the Institute’s Women’s Advisory Council, who was the speaker at the beginning of the event emphasized that every woman raising a child needs to be educated, the main source of this knowledge is this book.

“ The most important aspect of parents in raising their children is that they themselves become an example. Children of parents who read books at home will definitely try to be like them. This is the biggest achievement of the family.” – said G. Kholmatova.
The participants of the event also talked about the books they read during the vacation. They also received information about the books they were interested in from the library staff.
