MEETING DEDICATED TO GRADUATES EMPLOYMENT ISSUES WAS HELD

The meeting was held in Andijan State Medical Institute in accordance with the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to protect the health of the population and raise the health system to a new level in Kashkadarya province” No. PQ-67, dated on February 9, 2024 and in accordance with the order No. 124Aof the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On improving the staffing system of state medical institutions”, dated on April 9, 2024. Rector of the institute M. Madazimov, Head of Treatment B. Mirzakarimov, heads of the working group on employment of graduate students, heads of medical associations of Andijan, Fergana, Namangan, undergraduate students, masters , clinical ordinators participated to discuss the issues of graduates employment.

First, the rector of the Institute emphasized the great importance of the internship in providing employment to the graduates and their professional activities. He said that nowadays, the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in the process with the help of teachers would increase.

After that, B. Mirzakarimov, the responsible person for treatment and employment, read out this order to the participants and informed them about the work being carried out, emerging problems, suggestions, practice processes and online education process.

It should be said that the graduates of Andijan State Medical Institute are employed in medical institutions in their residence places in cooperation with the medical associations of Andijan, Fergana, Namangan regions. Currently, the Institute has 1719 graduate students, of which 379 have been employed.
At the end of the meeting, the rector of the Institute gave the tasks to the heads of the working group and valley medical associations. He emphasized that students of the graduate stage should cooperate with the officials regarding employment.
