K.Salohiddinov, pro-rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations, met with the 3rd-year doctoral students, basic doctoral students and independent researchers.
Nowadays, 2 doctoral students, 25 basic doctoral students and 302 independent researchers are studying at the Institute in order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-4958 “On further improvement of postgraduate education” dated February 16, 2017 and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 304 “On measures to further improve postgraduate education”, dated May 22, 2017.
Currently, the scientific department monitors the mastering of theoretical and methodological courses by all applicants, preparation for qualification exams, scientific publications and experimental testing of their application in scientific practice.
Planning is carried out under the supervision of scientific supervisors in a personal work plan developed by doctoral students, basic doctoral students and independent researchers for three years. All applicants are required to defend scientific work in the third year of their study.
During the conversation, the implementation of the tasks given in the monitoring of dissertations was discussed with the 3rd-year doctoral students, basic doctoral students and independent researchers.
Also, problems and shortcomings in completing doctoral and philosophical dissertations at a high level and defending them on time were considered together with scientific supervisors and applicants. It was determined to provide practical assistance in eliminating the problems that arose.
